Litigation & dispute resolutions
The Firm is uniquely positioned to advice on issues in Commercial
Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. The Firm is experienced in
the full spectrum of Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Issues
that our Clients face. The Firm has overtime have helped our Clients to
achieve success in some of the most complex of Litigation Disputes.
The Firm has a fully-fledged Litigation Department supporting our clientele
in prosecuting and defending Commercial Legal Actions at the Supreme Court,
Court of Appeal, High Court, Employment and Labour Relations Court,
Magistrate’s Courts, Public Procurement Review Board and Tribunals
including the Business Premises Rent Tribunal and Co-operatives Tribunal.

Banking & Finance
The firm has specialized knowledge and experience in banking and finance law to enable them efficiently to assist financial institutions in their day to day operations. We advise clients on regulatory matters, lending and prepare the essential documentation. We also advise and assist borrowers, buyers and financial institutions in transactions, including, asset acquisition and leveraged financing, securitization, project financing, restructuring and recapitalization, banking transaction documentation including bank guarantees, letters of credit and other trade finance documentation. We have a good working relationship with many Commercial Banks in the Country.
INFRASTRUCTURE
The firm has experience working with large scale project contactors in complex construction projects such as roads and railway projects and has experience in negotiating contracts with international consultants for projects implemented within Nairobi. We make it our goal to ensure that a structured system is in place to promote the focused achievement of project milestones and to guide the project to completion. We are also on hand to mediate and assist in the negotiation of variations to construction contracts when necessary. The Firm is currently providing general advisory services to the contractors undertaking the construction of the Nairobi Express-way project, the western Bypass project and Naivasha-Malaba Meter Gauge Railway rehabilitation project.
